Production Team Leader Role Responsibilities:Ā
- Lead and support a small scanning & registration team
- Oversee document processing, barcoding, scanning and secure storage
- Manage workflow, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- Handle team performance, absence management and day-to-day supervision
- Maintain records, reports and compliance with GDPR & quality standards
- Resolve operational issues and improve processes
About You
- Experience in document control, records management or scanning or similarĀ
- Previous team leadership / supervisory experienceĀ as Production Team Leader or similar(essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Package
- Ā£29,000 (rising to Ā£30,000 after probation)
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
- 35-hour week with 1-hour daily lunch
